Breathwork & Meditation Workshop at Pilatesbarre Sydney CBD
This past Friday evening, we hosted a rejuvenating Breathwork & Meditation workshop at our Sydney CBD studio.
Participants explored various breathwork techniques designed to help reduce stress, improve digestion, and promote better sleep. After learning and practicing these techniques, we flowed into a gentle yoga session, allowing everyone to fully experience the calming and restorative benefits.
